Duties: Research, design, develop, implement, maintain, and enhance reliable distributed Multi-Tier Web-based software systems and applications using the Microsoft.NET framework and related technologies. Analyze client business requirements and existing data processing systems and develop strategies and frameworks for implementing Web-based solutions. Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements. Plan and lead the design and development of various software components and modules. Create, edit, and distribute various applications as required using development tools such as C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services, Oracle, AJAX, MOSS, Visual Studio Team Suite, Web Services, WCF, XML/XSLT, VSS, and UML. Develop presentation layer, business layer, and data layer components. Write Client-side and Server-side scripts using ASP.Net, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Design and implement database components. Develop complex database stored procedures, and triggers. Design and develop User Interfaces. Perform unit and quality assurance testing of developed software programs and interfaces. Write and maintain appropriate documentation to describe installation and operation procedures as well as logic, coding revisions, and corrections according to CMMI level 2 standards. Prepare and participate in design walkthroughs and client demonstrations. Responsibilities also include design/code review, deployment, and technical support.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Info Systems, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a closely related field and 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Team Lead, Software Consultant, Software Designer/Developer. Must have demonstrated proficiency in the design and development of Web-based software applications using Microsoft.NET framework and related technologies, such as C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, SQL Server, Oracle, AJAX, MOSS, SQL Server Reporting Services, Visual Studio Team Suite, Web Services, XML/XSLT, CSS, Java Script, and MS Visio. Must have a strong development, background, and work well in a team environment with excellent communication and documentation skills.
