Information Specialist
Perform database and
warehouse analysis using SQL Server 2008. Conduct report design and analysis
using SQL Server Reporting Services. Program in Visual Studio.Net, HTML/XML,
C#. Implement SharePoint Server 2010/TFS. Supervise and assist in CMMI 2
processes. Assist in proposal writing. Analyze and present analysis of data
stored in repositories to management and clients. Identify and create
analysis sheets and statistical reports using data retrieval and
mathematical formulas. Analyze system code to address bugs and technical
improvements. Prioritize, schedule and direct information gathering,
information documentation and information distribution activities among the
three projects. Design & analyze audit logs, Help desk logs and user
usability reports for trends, performance issues and improvement
recommendations. Research best practices and latest technologies to find
applicable system upgrades.
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related
field or any equivalent education that meets or exceeds the required degree.
Knowledge of SQL Server 2008, SQL Server Reporting Services, Visual
Studio.Net, Microsoft Excel, Data Mining, SharePoint Server, C#, HTML/XML,
Information management and CMMI. Excellent oral and written communication
skills required.
HOURS:40 hours per week.
